The Arbab Rustam Guiv Dar-E-Mehr is the home of the Zarathushti community of the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

The Zoroastrian Association of Greater New York (ZAGNY) and the Iranian Zoroastrian Association (IZA) are officially headquartered here and jointly use the facilities.
